Major US travel agency accepts cryptocurrency payments
From now on Bitcoin and Ethereum users can pay for travel directly from their cryptocurrency wallets. A new payment option is provided by a major US online travel agency CheapAir. The company has partnered with the Bitcoin.com and enabled support for users of the MetaMask wallet. CheapAir CEO Stefan Rust welcomes cryptocurrency adoption and hopes, that new partnership will bring millions of clients for CheapAir.
This isn’t the first company’s move towards blockchain adoption. CheapAir was the first travel agency who accepted Bitcoin as a payment for its services back in 2013. CEO of CheapAir.com Jeff Klee is the big fan of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
